Doctors or scholars who are interested in autologous blood concentrates (autologous cell active substances) may already be familiar with PRP (platelet-rich plasma) and PRF (platelet-rich fibrin), but may not know much about CGF. The author has systematically expounded the basic research and application technology of CGF in two articles published in the 2016 medical beauty circle platform "A brand new autologous blood beauty anti-aging concentrated product CGF (top, bottom)", this article As an integral part of the series of CGF articles, this article will focus on "how CGF is applied to facial rejuvenation". This content is also a topic often asked by many clinicians. I hope that the introduction of this article will help further scientific development. This new technology is helpful.
The full name of CGF is Concentrate Growth Factors, which is translated into Chinese as concentrated growth factors. It was proposed by Sacco in 2006 and applied to the clinic. Autologous venous blood was collected and centrifuged in a Medifuge 200 variable-speed centrifugal system produced by the Italian company Silfradent for about 13 minutes, and about 2.5 ml of liquid CGF (LPCGF, Liquid phase concentrate growth factors) were separated per 9 ml of blood. According to the different preparation techniques of centrifugal test tubes, three properties of liquid, loose gel state and gel state CGF can be prepared. Facial rejuvenation mainly uses LPCGF, while gelled CGF is mainly used in wound repair and other fields.
Scholars at home and abroad have found that CGF is rich in biologically active components such as growth factors, CD34 + cells (stem cells), and white blood cells. Growth factors play an important role in promoting tissue regeneration, regeneration, and vascularization, and are important "fertilizer" components. CD34 + cells play a significant role in vascular maintenance, regeneration, tissue repair and immune regulation, and cell differentiation. An important "seed" component; leukocytes play a significant role in anti-inflammatory and anti-infection, and are important "preservative" components. The introduction of LPCGF containing these three components into the facial skin tissue in an appropriate manner will have the overall effect of facial rejuvenation.
First, the water light needle into LPCGF
For a long time, many beauty people have regarded the Shuguang needle as a "care artifact" for the skin, and mistakenly thought that the Shuguang needle is simply the introduction of hyaluronic acid (hyaluronic acid) into the skin. Water drips. However, this is not the case, and two issues need to be clarified here. First of all, the Shuiguang needle is only a kind of material introduction equipment. The specific materials to be introduced can be said to be "Eight Immortals Crossing the Sea." There is no uniform standard. Hyaluronic acid is only one of the more commonly used. In addition, hyaluronic acid introduced by Shuiguang needle usually belongs to non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid, which has a short maintenance time in the skin and requires several treatments to achieve the effect. The main effect of hyaluronic acid on the skin is to retain water and lock water, and promote skin regeneration and regeneration The effect is not obvious.
LPCGF combined with water-light needles just solved the short board existing in the introduction of hyaluronic acid. First, LPCGF is a cell-active substance, which is rich in growth factors and CD34 + cells. It can effectively promote the regeneration and regeneration of skin tissue, promote the proliferation of fibroblasts and synthesize collagen fibers. Once these biological effects occur, their maintenance time is longer than hyaluronic acid. It should be more durable; at the same time, its facial rejuvenation effect will be more extensive, which not only can make the skin retain water and lock it, but also can make the skin firmer and reduce fine lines based on the synthesis of a large number of collagen fibers. The newly born skin tissue is active in metabolism, and the facial dullness, stains, and acne can be improved. In addition, the thickening of the skin tissue is essential to strengthen the skin barrier function, and many patients with thin facial skin, allergies, and red blood cells can also be significantly improved or even cured.
Second, manual injection of LPCGF
Some parts of the face are relatively inconvenient to operate with LPCGF using Shuiguang needle, and the amount of Shuiguang needle injection is slightly insufficient, so manual injection in these parts has become the best choice.
Lower eyelid skin: There are two common types of problems in the lower eyelid skin, including fine wrinkles and dark circles. There are still no effective technical methods available for the treatment of these two ills by clinicians and clinicians. CGF is a high-quality autologous cell active substance. A variety of ingredients work together to open a new path for the treatment of fine lines and dark circles of the lower eyelid. Under normal circumstances, LPCGF can be injected into the dermis and subcutaneous layer of the lower eyelid skin. The injection dose on each side varies from person to person, usually 1-2ml. If necessary, additional injections can also be made at the crow's feet. Because skin regeneration requires a certain biological cumulative effect, it is usually injected once every 3-4 weeks for a total of 3-5 injections.
Neckline: Neckline is a direct extension of facial aging. Even in some groups, the embarrassing phenomenon of “tightening and moisturizing the face and loose neck lines” exists. Therefore, improving the neckline becomes a modern beauty. Urgent needs. The operation method is relatively simple. It is recommended to use a BD brand 1ml syringe and 31G injection needle. The inner wall of the syringe is smooth, feels smooth, and the operation is controllable. LPCGF is injected into the cervical dermis layer, and the injection interval and injection volume are preferably in the form of "goose bumps" on the skin after injection, and can be injected at the same time under the skin.
Hair loss: Hair loss is a direct extension of facial aging. The common seborrheic hair loss not only damages the image, but is also a blow to self-confidence. According to the strong biological effect principle of CGF, the use of LPCGF injection to treat hair loss is reliable. Inject LPCGF into the superficial fascia layer (subcutaneous layer) of the scalp. It is advisable to locally present a "mild bulge". Depending on the size of the hair loss area, the amount used varies from person to person. It should be pointed out that the treatment effect for patients with thinning hair or hair loss is significant, but the complete "bald" can not work, only by means of hair transplantation. It is usually given once every 3-4 weeks, and 5-6 times is recommended.
Third, the combined use of microneedles, lasers and CGF
During the microneedle treatment, LPCGF was applied simultaneously, and LPCGF was able to enter the skin through the open skin channel. Applying LPCGF immediately after laser treatment can not only accelerate skin repair, but also have a good anti-inflammatory effect.
Through the previous system introduction and application of CGF, the application of CGF in the field of beauty and anti-aging has attracted more and more attention. This article focuses on the principles and techniques of LPCGF to promote skin regeneration. In the next series of articles, we will continue to introduce the technical methods of CGF applied to facial filling. In addition, the "Guidelines for the Technical Standardization of the Medical Anti-aging Industry" edited by the Anti-aging Branch of the Chinese Plastic and Cosmetic Association have been published in a number of magazines.
