On March 27, the Nanning Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources released the “2017 Nanning State-owned Construction Land Supply Plan” on its official website. According to the plan, the total planned supply of state-owned construction land in Nanning City in 2017 was 1,88.08 hectares, a slight decrease from last year. Among them, the planned supply of land for guaranteed use was 1,096.61 hectares, and the planned supply of adjustable-use land was 791.47 hectares. The land of ordinary commercial housing that has received much attention has a planned supply of 44 sites in 2017, covering an area of 244.24 hectares (equivalent to 3663.6 acres), an increase of 28.35% over 2016.

Among them, the land of ordinary commercial housing that has received the most attention is planned to supply 244.24 hectares (equivalent to 3663.6 acres), an increase of 53.95 hectares (equivalent to 809.25 acres) from last year's 190.29 hectares (equivalent to 2854.25 acres), and a simultaneous increase of 28.35%. The planned supply of land for affordable housing projects is 21.06 hectares, a 65% decrease year-on-year; of which, 0.68 hectares of affordable housing land and 20.38 hectares of public rental housing land, the supply plan for low-rent housing and various types of shantytown renovation land is zero.

Wuxiang New District

Supply ranks first, accounting for 29.20% of the total.

Jiangnan District plans to supply 7 residential land with a total area of 65.22 hectares (equivalent to 978.3 acres).
